All interested athletes are welcome to come by the gym for 3 free sessions to get a feel for our box, chat with our trainers and get a feel for our community. please fill out the form below and one of our staff will contact you within 24 hours

Getting started:

Elements Course


12 sessions

*required to attend 10 of the 12 minimum

All new members must complete the Elements Course before starting with the group training.

Whether you’re a pro athlete, generally active, or haven’t worked out in a while, CrossFit is for YOU and The Elements Course is where to start. The Elements Course consists of 12 training sessions with our highly trained Coaches.

The Course is designed to bring you up to speed on the foundations of CrossFit; the form and technique of our movements, philosophy behind the CrossFit Program, and Nutrition Strategies we use to get incredible results.

During these twelve sessions your coaches will ramp up the intensity based on your ability, and assess your movements to create a personalized mobility program to improve your flexibility, performance, and safety.

At Tulalip Bay CrossFit we work hard and have a great time doing it! The community is incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the workouts are extremely rewarding. There’s no reason to be nervous. This was new to all of us at some point!

    • Rick we would love to have you in! I’m running a special to allow people to jump start their year by starting right away and waiving the elements fee for January 2015. So contact me by email or shoot me a text (easiest way to leave a message for me) and we can pick a day for you to come in, speak with me, meet some members and try a workout!

    I’m a mother of 3, and not in the shape I would like to be, I’m interested in joining, are there people “not in shape yet” attending? Also when would be the best time to stop in and check it out? Another question, how long are the elements classes, and regular? Any information would be great Thanks so much

    • Rachel, sorry for the wait, but absolutely we have people of every single level. Some with athletic backgrounds and some with zero. All walks of life, we like to help them all get in shape. Any class you’d like to drop into will work just shoot me an email or text when you’d like to come in. All classes are 1 hour long and scalable. Thanks!

    Hi, I wanted to see if I could check out your gym! I just moved to Marysville and am looking for a new gym. Ive already done Crossfit so I wont need to be any beginner classes. Also, wanted to inquire about the class schedule and if you offer any corporate discounted rates? Thanks
