6rm back squat
We are taking a page out of the Ben Bergeron playbook today and hitting up the “open test”. This is a great way to test where we are in our fitness currently then come back and retest this prior to the open beginning. Remember what you got today as we will use this as a marker to see where our fitness is next time around. Nice work everyone! Keep working to improve everyday!
