Love complexes as they teach you mechanics through repetition and focus. The pull trains us to be patient and to pull smooth from the floor. Staying in the low hang we maintain tension which helps us keep our form and after the pull we should have learned the proper bar path. Finally and extra front squat for strength and to get comfortable moving this weight!
