Then

The overhead squat is nothing to take light and requires tremendous strength, flexibility and coordination. Those that posses these will have ease completing this movement those that don’t will struggle no need to worry those these abilities (Esspecially flexibility) can be obtain you just have to do you due diligence, 15 minutes before and after, I’m not askin for much! Keeping the torso vertical requires ankle and hip flexibility focus here and getting externally rotated will come much easier! Awesome day today!
