Wod
5 wall climbs
Then
3 rounds
15 SDHP 75/55
10 TTB
Then
10 wall climbs

Working on some technical strength, then we moved into a light and fast. On paper nothing looked too bad but boy if every class didn’t use up tat full hour! Lol great job and great effort today guys!
