Max front squat

For times:
Squat “grace”
30 clean and jerks 135/95
Rest 60
30 pull ups

Ah I love when a plan comes together! All the whining and complaining about the 5 rep maxes week after week have all come to today! Time to belt up and get it! And just about everyone in the gym hit a new 1 rep max front squat… Awesome day and also, not too bad on the squat grace 😉 I think the gym loves the ol barbell!
