Time for most to work off a couple of those Holiday pounds! It was no easy task but we were all able to complete this workout! Give yourself a hand and then use that hand to loosen up those calves!

Also I want to thank all those that came to day one of our 8 week lifting program! It was awesome and I hope you learned a lil something today. Eat good rest up and I’ll see you at the next one!
