2 clean and jerks @ 75%

10 minute emom
2 front squats @ 80%

Today is about drilling our lifts. No metcon today just straight lifting so focus on the those mechanics, the ones you always hear me screaming. If you mess up a little, great, adjust and make the correction on the next one. This is a great way to feel yourself out and get these right
