Power snatch + hang power snatch

Burpee over bar

Strength is to be done unbroken. After you perform the power snatch, without dropping the bar to the floor, go directly into you hang power snatch. Build to the heaviest possible.

Wod is performed as a couplet starting at 10 snatches and 10 burpee over the bars, then 9-9, 8-8 and so on. Don’t stop moving even if it’s one snatch at a time or falling on the ground for the burpee. Stay in constant movement and you will score well.
