20min amrap!

20 minute amrap
1 pull up
200m run
2 pull ups
200m run
3 pull ups
200m run
4 pull ups
200m run
.
.
.

For 20 minutes complete as many rounds as possible of pull ups and a 200m run. The pull ups will progressively increase by one each round to infinity until the clock hits zero! Great job today to everyone that pushed themselves and broke away from that band or lowered to a more difficult band! You guys killed it
