Heavy squats and amraps

Back squats

5 SDHP 95/65
10 pull ups
15 burpee over the bar

4 min amrap
Rest 2
6 min amrap
Rest 2
8 min amrap

Continuing our squat progression up I’m sure most of you can feel it in your nuggets something is coming up soon hopefully most of you are feeling strong in the squat!

Three amraps in one is no easy task and your expected to improve with every two minutes I give which means no letting up! Nice work guys
