Heaviest “bear complex” possible

For time
150 wall balls

3 girls in two days, boom! I call that a good week, and we had just as great of a day attendance wise as we did yesterday keep that up I love it! Now down to biz…. The bear;
1 clean
1 front squat
1 jerk
1 back squat
1 behind the neck jerk
All this in a string of work unbroken from the floor (obviously). Let’s see who’s the strongest beat in the gym!

Wod time, Karen is an elegant verily girl. She looks easy but no matter how hard you work she ain’t giving ya the time of day! Stay in your zone, don’t walk away from that wall ball and whatever you do keep the negative thoughts out of your head! I saw some great performances today keep them up and as always go eat some real food!
