A max thruster to start my not give you bigger lungs to make it through a couple extra rounds of Fran but at least it will make the first few feel nice and light!

Slow is smooth, smooth is fast. Stay the course and know where your going on this wod. If you try to jump out to a huge lead on this one the other side of the hill will NOT be greener 😉
