Today was the kickoff of our gyms participation in the whole life challenge and boy was it fun!!!! Our workout for the baseline of our challenge is fight gone bad, how isn’t that perfect for this! We went all out and have a chance for some serious improvements at the end of our 8 week challenge. Remember our first goal of the challenge is to start drinking half our body weight in ounces of water. I know it’s boring, but trust me you will perform much better without it! See y’all Monday!
