Cracks me up every time, we’ve trained that push press so hard that when I give y’all the strict press it’s a struggle just lock out your legs ;)….

Wod time a never ending 7 min ladder of push presses and kbs. This is a test of will and pain tolerance. If you don’t like taking yourself into that uncomfortable place then you won’t make it that deep into the rounds and the heat builds quickly in the 7 minutes! Learn to ignore that bad thoughts only focus on the positive. Continue moving forward, always one more rep, I can do one more rep!
