3 deadlifts 275/185
7 box jump overs
9 kbs 53/35

With ten total rounds stuck in this workout it is a great chance to develop these skills in a setting almost like interval training but not. The more efficient you are the quicker you will complete the task and more rest you will get. If its the other way around… Your gonna have a bad time lol šŸ˜‰
