Back squat

Wod
Emom 16 min
Odd 3 hang clean + 5 burpees
Even 15 kbs 55/35

It always feels good to wake up those legs after a long weekend. Some felt good others had to grind through their percentages. Nice work! For the wod we did it a little different, ladies choice! You pick the weight you want to roll with on the hang cleans and add weight as you choose as your score will be total load moved in all rounds that were completed. Gotta get every thing done in every round if you want an rx though.
