Silent killers always hurt and I would put this “easy looking” 10 minute amrap in that category. On another note its great to have most of my people back from canoe journey now if we could just finish this summer and get everyone back on the grind be back to a full box!

Elements you guys are pickin everything I’m throwing at you great. Make sure now to follow through a little further, goo breakfast then 3-4 hours later get that good lunch in. Make sure we are balanced! Look into that fish oil and drink lots of water see you Saturday
