Every 6 min for 30 min

Emom 6 min for 30 min complete:
400m run
25 wallballs 20/14 (adv. 30/20)

Starting off the week with a long one! And for those brave enough also…. A heavy one ;). Name of the game is to go fast, the faster you go the more rest time you are rewarded. See how that works?! If you spend too much time feeling sorry for yourself that you HAVE to run again and decide to walk or how you HATE wallballs so your gonna walk away to get a drink of water on a set of 5, well kids your gonna have a bad time. This emom waits for no one as soon as the clock strikes 6/12/18/24 we are out the door doing it again! So you better put those big boy panties on, do the work and suck less! 😉 good job guys everyone pushed hard
