What’s that thing?!??

20 burpees onto plate
30 ttb
40 db snatch 45/30
50 air squats
100 sprint

“What’s that?”
“What’s it for”
“How do you use it”
” I’d so rather switch the run for the row”

People make light of the rowing machines we have in the box not knowing their full power… Unfortunately we don’t get a lot of opportunities to use them, but today I’m forcing your butts on it! They get real nasty when you know how to push and they make everything you after them feel dreadful. Good fun today guys
