800m run
75 push press 75/55

Simple couplet that burns so good. The run is pretty much a warm up to the work to come as its no guarantee that the person who wins the run wins the workout. Stay calm stay focused and get the work done. Nice job guys, also remember the mobility tools I showed you today for the shoulders. Remember flexibility is key to fitness as well ask reps you injury free.

P.s. we will have one special class on Thursday July 4th. That will be 10am, so come get your workout in then and then go stay bbqing!
