100 double unders
50 wallballs
40 sit-ups
30 jumping lunges
20 handstand push-ups
10 burpees

2013 regionals is over! Back to life, back to reality. Many of you went to regionals and were inspired by such a community and people pushing themselves as hard as humanly possible…. Now is the time to reflect and set some goals for yourself! CrossFit goals, health goals, life goals! Get a whiteboard or notebook and write down your goals, a date you want it by and how to get there…. We will be there to support you along the way!
