That’s a lot of work

Against a 15 min clock;
1 mile run
Max front squats
Against a 15 min clock;
1 mile run
Max ring push-ups
(1 attempt)
Against a 15 min clock;
Max strict press

Against a 15 min clock means you only have 15 minutes to complete the work specified so you have a couple strategies, either try to pr your mile to give yourself more time to recover or build to your maxes or you could pace to save energy, but risk not enough time to achieve your max.

You could look at this two ways… It has something for everyone or it has something you hate! Truth it’s, yes! Your gonna live something because it does have it all if you love running, running it has. You love lifting? Here it is, or maybe gymnastics is your thing that’s there too! All served up for you in one wod! Have fun maxing out and running just about a 5k.
