Ouch! This is one of those easy on the board rough on the body wods for sure! The game changer is how strong is your grip. Some will go before others, but they all go so hang on for dear life and maintain you lumbar curve! I know your forearms are smoked but way to grind through today.

We also got some great lightweight technique work in on the skill sets. I saw outstanding improvements in overhead technique today as well as getting a good feel for the third pull, or the pull under the bar. Nice work keep plugging away at it and you’ll be putting up some large numbers in no time!
