Lighten the load, add more reps!

10 sumo Deadlift high pull 115/85
10 push press
20 SDHP 95/65
20 pp
30 SDHP 75/45
30 push press
Yay only 10 reps but its a little heavier weight…. Whoooo I get to take weight off… Shoot more reps. Today was a fun little shoulder burner… The goal for the SDHP was to keep your chest up and maintain that tight back… The goal for the push press was to not drop the bar!
