4 minute amrap
15 thrusters 100/65
15 ctb pull ups

*if you complete 90 reps within 4 minutes your workout becomes an 8 minute amrap and so on until 90 reps is unattainable.

This was a new style of workout from CF headquarters. Eloquent in design but straight up fuckin nasty. Dave castro said it right, “if your a decent crossfitter, your gonna have a tough time. I your a great crossfitter, your gonna have a really difficult time!” Pretty much Dave, thanks for that.
