Back squat
Heavy, heavier, heaviest

10 dl 185/135
20 burpee over the box jumps
30 wallballs
40 sit ups
50 kbs 55/35
60 jumping ctb pull ups

That’s give a little payback to to those 13.5 ctb that ruined our good workout yesterday! I think this wod more than made up for that little 4 minute mess most of us had yesterday! Great work today this is my favorite style of workout. And we had some awesome back squat prs…. Keep it going guys
