Some big prs thrown up today! See how many different thing Olympic lifting trains! We haven’t thrown a max dl at ya in a while and I saw more than a few 20lb+ prs!

Now the body weight man makers… How they go is push up, right hand to chest, push up, left hand to chest, push up, burpee up and jump! That’s 1 😉 just imagine how fun they are with dumbbells. Nice work everyone
