Tabata mash up
Sit ups
Squats
20 seconds on 10 seconds off maximum repetitions in 20 seconds over the course of 8 rounds each. Your score is only the lowest completed round so go hard in the beginning and keep it up throughout. If you get 0 on a round your score is 0!
