Luckily this time we didn’t run TOO much interference with the new open wod that was released today so we should be ready to hit that up. Also this wasn’t a bad precursor for 13.2 as now you know how well you can move a weight very close to the prescribed weight. If you moved it a ton of times it should give you confidence into that wod. Excellent job on the toes to bar today, saw many of you striving and doing all you could to try and get that first elusive one the entire wod! Made me happy and you guys all had a lot of fun.

And happy birthday Johnny bravo!

Now time to get the mind right…. Here comes 13.2
