10 ohs w/kb
15 lunges w/kb
400m run

Today we handily tested your shoulder flexibility. If you could stack your bones and pin your bicep to your ear then it was more than possible to overhead squat the single dumbbell. If not, well it just hurt! Work on shoulder they are just as important as hips! This one was fun though
