15 minutes to practice any goal

Wod
800m run
50 pull ups
100 push ups
150 air squats
800m run

You may partition the reps any way you see fit. You can knock out all the pull ups or you can do 10 sets of 5 pull ups 10 push ups 15 squats just keep moving! Awesome work today
