What’s better than a day of doing squats and talking nutrition!? Tonight we cancelled our evening classes and talked nutrition….. Lots of lights turned on and we hope you all came away with some useful tools to become the healthiest you!!!! If you ever have any CrossFit or nutrition questions please feel free to ask away!!! 🙂
