Strength
10 minutes to build to a heavy hang clean

Wod
20 min amrap
3 hang cleans
10 burpees

Wooooowiiieeeeee! Was that one a MF! Man rightfully named meat grinder this one chewed everybody up and spit them out… Way to fight through you guys are showing you colors now a day kickin ass and takin names. Tomorrow is a huge day for us. This will be out first installment of a nutritional seminar at tbcf so its important that each and every one of you show up. Nutrition is 80 percent of our fitness just as an example! See you all tomorrow remember we are closed 4 and 5 pm to prep. Thanks guys
