Split jerk

Shoulder 2 overhead 95/65

I love go big then go fast days and today was just that. Work up to your max split jerk and remember the steps; good base, jumping an landing in that solid split (lung position), break through the glass in front of you and keep your core tight and upright! For your jerking pleasure……


Then it was time to wod and see who ate like crap for the fourth of July;)! The goal to this was simple…. Keep the bar moving and you will get a fast time. Fastest today was mike with a 422! Smokin fast! Nice work by everyone today.
