In teams of two complete
Leap frog
800m run (200/ with medball)
150 medball deadlifts
25 medball situps
25 burpee hi 5’s
800m run

This was a whole lot of fun for our regular gym members as well as our family and friends who came through to see what tulalip bay crossfit is all about!
