Double blitz!

10 minutes to practice double unders

100 double under
50 squats
75 double unders
35 squats
50 double unders
25 squats

Holy thunder thighs! Nice mixture today of conditioning and skill needed from the rope and the endurance and pure will to get through the squats as fast as possible. The scaled version is just as tough if not a little tougher, just motivation for y’all to learn the double under. Spend the time we allow wisely to practice these movements especially this one as its a neurological skilled learn only from practice. Your brain need hours of practice time to get this down remember that and spend the time! Way to kick off this week it’s days like today that makes me live being apart of this. Just look at that full board….
