20 muscle ups
*while your partner holds a deadlift 225/155
60 wallballs
*while partner holds a chin up

Super fun wod today lots of laughing and joking when everyone saw it then a lot of sweating and crying when we started ;)! Reminder the scale for muscle ups is three ring dips and three clapping push ups. Great motivation to learn that damn muscle up of you ask me, anytime you like stay a little after or come a little early and if there is space take the time to practice or grab me and I’ll take you through progressions to learn any skill you want to advance on. And push yourselves to go lower on bands or get off completely, I’ve been putting them in the warm ups a lot so you have the time to drill them and get better. And remember to stretch and roll out after class!
