Run, climb and extend

3 Rounds for Time:
400m run
1 rope climb
15 back extensions
1 rope climb

Today we worked on whatever skills we wanted to before class… Then we got to running, climbing and extending. When we do rope climbs it definitely needs technique and coordination… The most important part of the movement is getting a good foot clamp, which we will continue to practice. Everyone did awesome and we had a fun day!
