So I thought I would let the rest of you in on this little secret that I found that helped me pr my squat snatch I. About 3 weeks by 20lbs and I think I might make a bigger jump the next time I max. The secret is barbell gymnastics! These. Awry little treats are very difficult at first but when you get them down all kinds of other movements including the Olympic lifts will improve dramatically. Great job just stick with it and you will be happy when you come out the other side.

Now the wod was another monster, that was a good one and had my lungs burning By the end. Tough to keep hittin the max effort attempts and maintain your all out top end pace. Good work guys come it ready to work tomorrow we got a fun one!
