20 ohwl
30 t2b
20 push press
30 sit ups
20 sdhp
30 pistols
20 burpee box jumps

Oh ya, another tough workout but chipper style! Nice job attacking this one you all are getting better every single day it is inspiring to watch. Had a great day in the gym watching all of you conquer a dear or push through a nics and dings of just completely smash the wod. Just seeing all of ya show up everyday puts a smile on my face.

Great job elements class on completing day one of the course. Remember to drink lots of water, stretch and start thinking about that healthy breakfast to start with. See you guys Thursday
