A little conditioning

Time to give those bars a break and beat feet! Today we test our condition in the mono-structural domain. Even tho we have been heavily focusing on strength and Olympic lifts today proved we still improved in other areas of our fitness. Everyone ran well today, keep up the good work peeps!

Special shout out to rocky for getting his first muscle up ever followed right by his second! Nice work playa!
