“CFT” crossfit total
1 rep max back squat
1 rep max press
1 rep max deadlift

Starting with back squat work your way up to your 1 rep max and so on. Your score is all total max lifts combined together. With that said…. Holy PR’s! Almost every single person in every single lift had a personal record. Great work fighting for those maxes. If you know anybody who wants to get stronger you know where to tell em to go! And even though these are our “slow lifts” they are still very intense workouts which is crossfit. See you all tomorrow and have fun comparing lifts 😉
