A little of everything

Strength
4 x 3-5 deadlift
Work up to a heavy load for the day

Wod
Nate
20 min amrap
2 muscle ups
4 handstand push ups
8 kb swings (70/55)

Today featured a little bit Of everything and this was on purpose. I wanted to expose you all to some new gymnastics movements that I have been training you for and building up strength towards. During the warm up we worked on L sits and handstand walks then moved to a raw deadlift. And that was the easy part. Today’s wod is a hero wod called Nate which is short in rounds but very taxing. Nice job working through that long workout I saw some people ready for the next progression.

Please help me make our new elements graduates feel welcome when you see them in our open classes. Great Job to our new elements folks, way to work through your first workout. Make sure you all stretch and drink lots of water. I’ll see you all on Thursday for round two.
