Amrap sdhp’s and front squats

15 minute Amrap
10 sdhp 95/65
15 front squats
200 meter run

Using the same bar as many reps as possible in 15 minutes

Nice job pushing to get through those rounds! Some of you today needed a little bumps it feels like the end of the week huh… Just always tell yourself you can do a couple more reps you will be pleasantly surprised at how many you can actually do. I see a whole lot of potential in the gyms we just gotta keep pushing.

Healthiest You challenge: everyone will need to weigh in, measure, turn in journal anytime between now and Monday…. Half the points will be on journals so don’t forget to turn them In!
