800 m run
Max burpees

Missed most of you guys today it was a good one! the combination of back to back amraps was pretty tough, it wasn’t anything compared to the “800” meter hill run. Way to push through and finish guys, get back in the gym tomorrow for another good one. And I dunno about you guys but man I’m excited for Thursday!
