5 hang cleans
5 push jerks
5 ohs
Good job today guys, I know your legs are still tired from yesterday but you all did well on this one. Many are finding their rythem when it comes to these complex movements and just attacking a wod all together. Don’t get frustrated if you aren’t getting a movement down yet it will come with practice. So stick with it because it ain’t easy but that makes it feel so much better when I clicks for you! Good work
