“Lil buddy”

4 rounds for time:
Overhead walking lunges (45/25)
10 push ups (feet on plate)
Overhead walking lunges
15 burpees (jump on to plate)

I call this one little buddy because everywhere you go you gotta take your lil buddy (plate) with you… Nice work fighting through, this one was mental as well as physical. Knowing you can push through even when you reach that point of exhaustion. Be just as strong mentally as we are becoming physically!

Great job elements course way to get another one done today. You guys are picking it up fast man. I like it! See you Tuesday.
