Where’d those push ups come from!

3 rounds for time
200 meter run
20 push ups
30 air squats

Holy smokes where did all those push ups come from!? It looked easy enough on the board, but those push ups snuck up on everyone today. Good job getting through those movements efficiently. Even on simple movements like these we need to make sure we maintain good for. strong mid line on the push ups and the four main points of the squat which are tight lumbar curve, weight on the heels, hips below the knees and knees tracking over the toes! Good times today everyone. And another big shout out to our on rampers, great job getting through day two!
