Deadliftin’ on an off day…

15 minutes to establish a 1 rep max deadlift

then…

12 minute AMRAP

5 deadlifts @ 80% of your one rep max

10 overhead walking lunges

15 kb swings

Glad to see some faces come through the gym even though the community had the day off today it didn’t stop us! ill have to admit though, after i went to check on the board to take a picture and post it i had to rub my eyes a couple of times because i could not believe that every single person that came to the gym PR’d on your deadlift! I hope you all realize what a feat that is. the deadlift is usually one of our biggest lifts, but when you reach the top of your “potential” (i hate that word) it is difficult to make big gains. but all of you made gains most notably a 70lb PR to Ryan martin with a 385! nice work man i better start working on mine before you catch me! nice work everyone can’t wait for you to show me what you can do tomorrow.
